The Kaghan Valley is open to travelers from late April through October, with June through August bringing the warmest weather and the fullest hotels. How to Reach Naran and Babusar Top
Naran is reached by road from Islamabad via Abbottabad, Mansehra, and Balakot, a drive of roughly seven to eight hours depending on traffic and stops.
